Red wine aged in barrels of French and American oak.
Harvesting
takes place during the two last weeks of September based on a selection
of 25-year-old vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting
the clusters with the smallest fruits.
It
is a wine with an intense cherry red colour and some russet notes. It
is translucent and with distinct tear. Its aromas are ripe red fruits
with spices such as clove and pepper, but also balsamic and vanilla.
A
slight aerating in the glass increases the complexity of the aroma,
highlighting pleasant dark-roasted notes. On the palate, it is potent
and flavourful with an intense aroma. Smooth tannins well-blended with
wood.
Alcohol 14%.

Vendimia realizada a finales del mes de septiembre a partir de una selección de viñedos de 25 años, con recogida de la uva de manera manual, seleccionando los racimos con granos más pequeños.
Vino de color rojo cereza intenso con reflejos de color teja. Aspecto brillante y lágrima muy marcada.
Aroma a frutos rojos maduros, especias como el clavo y la pimienta. Aromas balsámicos y vainilla. Una ligera oxigenación en copa aumenta la complejidad del aroma, destacando notas torrefactas.
En boca es potente, sabroso e intenso. Taninos suaves bien integrados con la madera.
Graduación 14 % vol.
