Las uvas son vendimiadas y seleccionadas manualmente. Las uvas para este vino provienen de un pequeño viñedo que esta enmarcada con paredes de piedra de más de 100 años de edad.
Fermentación a temperatura controlada en tanques de acero inoxidable con „pigeage“ automático y manual.
Maduración durante 18 meses en barricas de roble frances.
Color rojo rubí y brillante. En nariz especiado, ligeramente picante y con aromas de bayas oscuras. En la boca, bien estructurado con notas de guindas y aromas tostados. El postgusto suave y armonioso.
Un vino complejo y característico con una agradable estructura de acidez. El vino no es filtrado.
Decantación recomendado.

Hand picked and selected grapes. The grapes for this wine come from one single vineyard, which is surrounded by over 100 year old stone walls. Temperature-controlled and very gentle fermentation in stainless steel dip tanks followed 18 months aging in French oak barrels.
Ruby red, bright and clear color. On the nose, spicy, slightly peppery and redolent of dark berries. In the mouth, well structured with hints of cherry and toasty aromas. Smooth and harmonious finish. A complex wine with pleasant acidity and a lot of typicality.
The Terra Fusca is not filtered.
Decanting recommended.
